• Hardwood Cleaning

  The Zerorez cleaning process uses a neutral ph formula that cleans hard surfaces without leaving any residue behind. We use counter rotating brushes to clean the hardwood. We treat, clean, and extract dirt and debris from hardwood floors and offer an optional hardwood maintenance coat to protect the original finish on the hardwood. Upon arrival, the technician will inspect & identify any pre-existing conditions such as wax & acrylic build up, use of abrasive cleaners, dents, scratches, and imperfections prior to starting the job. If you're unsure of proceeding with the cleaning, our technician will offer a demo.

• Upholstery Cleaning

  Our upholstery cleaning process is very similar to our carpet cleaning just using a different cleaning tool. We use a high pH alkaline water, known as our ZrWater. It is 100% safe for kids and pets yet powerful enough to get our some of the toughest messes. It also doesn't leave any sticky residue behind, which means your upholstery, will stay cleaner, longer.
  

• Tile Cleaning

  Our tile & grout cleaning process is very similar to our carpet cleaning process, we are just using a tile cleaning tool rather than a carpet wand. We use our patented Zr Water™, which is a high pH electrolyzed alkaline water, at a safe pressure to remove all dirt and impurities from your tile and grout. After the cleaning, there is an option of adding on a sealant. This is an equivalent to fiber protectant on carpet - It helps to prolong the cleaning and creates a barrier on the surface.

• Rug Cleaning

  We have a state-of-the-art rug cleaning facility located at our Norcross office. Rugs undergo a 5-step cleaning process: first, our industrial dusting machine removes the majority of dry soil, dander and other debris from the rug, second, they undergo the bathing process (rugs are cleaned thoroughly front and back), in step three they are put through additional rinse and dry cycles in our centrifuge, fourth, rugs are brought to the temperature & humidity controlled dry chambers where they are groomed before completing the drying process, and fifth and finally, when rugs are clean and dry, they undergo a final inspection and prepared for delivery.
  

• Biological Treatment

  When pet and bodily fluids leave the body they are in an acidic state, but after about 5 hours they turn into an alkaline. Our ZrWater that we clean with is an alkaline water so we can not clean alkaline with Alkaine. So the bio treatment is needed to turn it back into an acidic state in order to clean and remove the odor causing bacteria.
  

• Carpet Cleaning

  The Zerorez cleaning process uses zero harsh soaps or chemicals. Instead, we use a patented cleaning process that includes our ZrWater™, which is a high pH electrolyzed water. 100% safe for kids and pets yet powerful enough to get out some of the toughest messes. The ZrWater™ is heated to 200 degrees which is safe for all carpet fibers, and is applied and extracted with our industry leading wands. With our powerful suction wands and no residue cleaning system, your carpet will dry quickly within 4-6 hours and stay cleaner, longer.
